Account Deletion

Orendale is developed by Wendel Studios (Eindhoven, Netherlands). This page explains
how to delete your player account and the data associated with it.

There are two options, depending on what you want deleted.

OPTION A — Delete everything (your Unity sign-in identity and your Orendale data)

1. Click "Delete My Unity Account" below to open Unity's sign-in/account portal,

and sign in if prompted.

2. Once signed in, choose "Delete Account" to permanently delete your Unity

Player Account sign-in identity.

3. On the sign-in screen, tap/click your Player ID in the top right to copy it.

4. Email support@wendelstudios.com with the subject "Delete my Orendale account,"

including your Player ID. This tells us to also delete your Orendale game data.

OPTION B — Delete only your Orendale game data (keep your sign-in)

1. On the sign-in screen, tap/click your Player ID in the top right to copy it.

2. Email support@wendelstudios.com with the subject "Delete my Orendale data,"

including your Player ID. Your Unity sign-in stays active; only your Orendale

save data and profile are deleted.

WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your cloud-saved game progress and in-game profile
- (Option A only) Your Unity sign-in identity

WHAT WE MAY RETAIN, AND FOR HOW LONG
Purchase records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and
fraud-prevention obligations, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We aim to
process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. For full
