If you make a purchase in Orendale, the platform or store usually processes the payment.
We may receive purchase confirmation data, such as the product purchased, purchase time, receipt ID, transaction ID, platform, country, currency, and refund status.
We use this data to deliver purchased content, provide support, prevent fraud, manage refunds, restore purchases, and keep purchase records.
We do not usually receive full payment card information.

When you request deletion, we may delete or anonymise your account data, cloud save data, gameplay progress, and related personal data, unless we need to keep certain data for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform compliance reasons.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your progress, cloud saves, items, currencies, battle pass progress, rewards, and access to certain features.
Purchases made through app stores or platforms may remain visible in platform records even after your Orendale account is deleted.
21. Children and Minors
Orendale is not intended for children under the age of 13.
If you are under 16 in the European Union, European Economic Area, or another region with similar rules, you may need consent from a parent or legal guardian for certain data processing activities, depending on the laws of your country.
