This Privacy Policy explains how Wendel Studios, also known as Wendel Studios, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use Orendale, including the game, website, accounts, cloud save features, purchases, advertisements, analytics, support, community features, and related services.

We may process data when required by law, tax rules, accounting rules, platform rules, consumer protection rules, or lawful requests from authorities. 

  8. Cloud Saves and Account Data 

Orendale may offer cloud save features. Cloud saves allow your progress to be stored online and restored on supported devices. 

Cloud save data may include your player ID, progress, inventory, currencies, purchases, unlocked content, settings, and other gameplay data. 

Cloud saves are used to help protect your progress, support multiple devices where available, prevent fraud, and restore purchases or progress when possible. 

Cloud save systems may be provided by services such as Unity Cloud Save, Steam Cloud, Apple iCloud, Google Play Games Services, or other providers. 

  9. Purchases, Premium Currency, and Virtual Items 

If you make a purchase in Orendale, the platform or store usually processes the payment. 

We may receive purchase confirmation data, such as the product purchased, purchase time, receipt ID, transaction ID, platform, country, currency, and refund status. 

We use this data to deliver purchased content, provide support, prevent fraud, manage refunds, restore purchases, and keep purchase records. 

We do not usually receive full payment card information. 

  10. Random Rewards and Loot Boxes 

Orendale may include random reward systems such as loot boxes, premium boxes, reward chests, daily boxes, enemy drops, boss drops, mining rewards, spin rewards, and event rewards. 

We may process reward history, purchase history, drop results, and probability related data to deliver rewards, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with platform or legal requirements. 

If a random reward is purchased with real money or premium currency, we may display odds or probability information before purchase where required. 

  11. Ads and Rewarded Ads 

Orendale may show ads, including rewarded ads. 

Ad providers may collect or receive data such as advertising IDs, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad views, ad clicks, and ad completion status. 

We use ad data to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, and grant in game rewards after completed rewarded ads. 

Personalised ads may depend on your consent and local law. Where required, you will be given a choice about personalised ads. 

You may be able to reset or limit your advertising ID through your device settings. 

  12. Analytics and Crash Reporting 

We may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how Orendale is used and to improve the game. 

This may include gameplay events, session length, device type, operating system, game version, crashes, errors, performance data, and feature usage. 

We use this data to fix bugs, improve performance, balance content, improve tutorials, test features, and make Orendale more stable. 

Analytics and crash reporting may be provided by services such as Unity Analytics, Unity Diagnostics, Google Analytics, Steamworks, or other providers. 

  13. Anti Cheat, Security, and Fraud Prevention 

We may process data to protect Orendale from cheating, exploits, account abuse, fraud, unauthorized purchases, save file tampering, botting, hacking, duplication, and other misuse. 

This may include account data, gameplay data, purchase data, device data, technical logs, suspicious activity, currency changes, reward history, and enforcement history. 

If we detect or reasonably suspect abuse, we may take action under our Terms and Conditions, including correcting progress, removing exploited items, restricting features, suspending accounts, or banning accounts. 

  14. Support, Bug Reports, and Feedback 

If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, player ID, platform, device type, screenshots, purchase receipts, support messages, bug reports, and any information you choose to provide. 

We use this information to respond to you, investigate issues, restore purchases where possible, fix bugs, improve Orendale, and keep support records.

We may share data with trusted third parties when needed to operate Orendale.

This list must be updated before release to match the actual services used in Orendale. 

Each third party service may process data according to its own privacy policy.

Your data may be processed in the Netherlands, the European Union, the United States, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. 

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or another protected region, we will use appropriate safeguards where required by law. These safeguards may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. 

  18. How Long We Keep Data 

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. 

Different data may be kept for different periods:

Cloud save data is kept while your account or save profile exists, unless deleted earlier. 

Purchase records may be kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, refund, fraud prevention, and legal reasons. 

Support messages may be kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain support records. 

Analytics data may be kept in aggregated or anonymised form for game improvement. 

Crash reports may be kept as long as needed to fix issues and improve stability. 

Security and enforcement records may be kept as long as needed to protect the game and community. 

When data is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymise it, or securely archive it where required by law.

  20. Account Deletion 

If Orendale allows account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@wendelstudios.com or by using Account Deletion Link or In Game Deletion Method. 

When you request deletion, we may delete or anonymise your account data, cloud save data, gameplay progress, and related personal data, unless we need to keep certain data for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform compliance reasons. 

Deleting your account may permanently remove your progress, cloud saves, items, currencies, battle pass progress, rewards, and access to certain features. 

Purchases made through app stores or platforms may remain visible in platform records even after your Orendale account is deleted. 

  21. Children and Minors 

Orendale is not intended for children under the age of 13. 

If you are under 16 in the European Union, European Economic Area, or another region with similar rules, you may need consent from a parent or legal guardian for certain data processing activities, depending on the laws of your country. 

Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided personal data without appropriate permission may contact us at support@wendelstudios.com. We will take reasonable steps to review and delete the data where required. 

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate permission. 

  22. Push Notifications 

Orendale may offer push notifications or local notifications, such as reminders for energy, rewards, events, battle passes, daily rewards, or updates. 

You can control notifications through your device settings or in game settings where available. 

We will only send push notifications where allowed by platform rules and applicable law. 

  23. Marketing Communications 

If you sign up for emails, newsletters, testing updates, community announcements, or marketing messages, we may use your email address to send those messages. 

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option where available or by contacting us at support@wendelstudios.com. 

Service related messages, such as purchase support, account notices, security messages, or important policy updates, may still be sent where necessary.

If Orendale has a website, we may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyse traffic, improve content, and support marketing. 

Where required, we will ask for consent before using non essential cookies. 

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. 

However, no online service, game, server, platform, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. 

You are responsible for keeping your account, device, and platform login secure.

If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, reduce harm, and notify affected users or authorities where required by law.

If we make important changes, we will try to notify you through the game, website, store page, email, or another reasonable method. 

The updated Privacy Policy will apply from the date shown at the top of the policy. 

If you continue using Orendale after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect, you acknowledge the updated policy.
